$70 RECITAL FEE

• a $70 recital fee per family will be charged to your account on February 10th

• the recital fee includes 5 tickets to recital for any show(s) your dancer is in (additional tickets are $10 each and will go on sale in May)

TICKET REQUESTS & PRE-ORDER

​

• The recital fee includes 5 tickets to recital for any show(s) your dancer is placed in, but you can purchase up to 5 more (for a total of 10) and be placed on a waiting list beyond the 10

• TICKET REQUEST FORM        must be filled out by April 1st 

• All additional pre-order tickets are $10 per person, per show

• Additional tickets must be paid by April 1st

PICTURE DAYS

• ​Pictures are optional - however, if you are not planning on ordering pictures, we would still love to have everyone in the group shots for our Annual TDC Book.

• Order forms and package prices will be available at the studio the week prior. Amy Wellenkamp Photographers will be doing our pictures again this year​

DRESS REHEARSAL 

JUNE 13th (@The Little Theater at KHS)​​​​​

​

• Details sent out early May

• Dress rehearsal is mandatory

• Plan to be at the theater 15 minutes prior to your rehearsal time dressed and ready to dance!  (we may run ahead of schedule…please don’t be late, we might go on without you).

• You will need to be in full make-up, hair and costume on both dress rehearsal and recital day.

• There will be bathrooms available for changing at dress rehearsal, and changing tents/rooms for our elite team girls who have several changes.

RECITAL 

JUNE 14th (@The Little Theater at KHS)​​​​​​​

​

• There will be several mini recital shows (50-70 minutes), each with a different line-up.

• Exact show line-up will be sent out early-May (each class will only perform once). 

• Dancers will meet in the dressing room (the new gym at KHS, signs will direct you) 15 minutes prior to the show start time, dressed and ready to dance.

• After the dancers perform, staff will take them back to the dressing room until the end of the show. They will be brought back on stage for the finale.

• All dancers must be picked up at the backstage door AFTER THE FINALE.

• Food trucks are available on site at recital
